Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
All class bookings, memberships, and services are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Clients can cancel their future membership payments by getting in contact with us using the form below.

2. Missed Classes

If you miss a booked class, no refund or credit will be issued.

Missed sessions cannot be transferred or rolled over.
3. Changing or Cancelling a Class

Classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the class start time.

Where possible, an alternative class will be offered within 48 hours of the original booking, subject to availability.

Changes requested within 24 hours of the class are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.
4. Instructor Changes & Class Cover

If an instructor becomes unavailable, we will always try to arrange suitable cover to avoid cancelling the class.

The replacement instructor may have a different teaching style, and this does not qualify for a refund.
5. Class Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel a class and no suitable alternative or cover can be provided, you will be offered:

A rescheduled class, or
-
A class credit for future use in line with consumer rights.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion in exceptional situations.
