Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All class bookings, memberships, and services are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Clients can cancel their future membership payments by getting in contact with us using the form below.

2. Missed Classes

  • If you miss a booked class, no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Missed sessions cannot be transferred or rolled over.

 

3. Changing or Cancelling a Class

  • Classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the class start time.

  • Where possible, an alternative class will be offered within 48 hours of the original booking, subject to availability.

  • Changes requested within 24 hours of the class are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

 

4. Instructor Changes & Class Cover

  • If an instructor becomes unavailable, we will always try to arrange suitable cover to avoid cancelling the class.

  • The replacement instructor may have a different teaching style, and this does not qualify for a refund.

 

5. Class Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel a class and no suitable alternative or cover can be provided, you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled class, or

  • A class credit for future use in line with consumer rights.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion in exceptional situations.
